As President of MJ Care, Inc., Rick supports the strategic operations of the company, to guide future growth and expansion in an evolving healthcare marketplace.

Rick brings 25+ years of leadership experience in the post-acute healthcare field to MJ Care, Inc. Throughout his leadership tenure, Rick has helped define strategies for government, not-for-profit and for-profit organizations across a variety of services focuses that include behavioral health, school therapy, long-term care, senior housing and outpatient services.

Prior to joining MJ Care, Inc., Rick was the President and CEO of a national behavioral healthcare organization, as well as CEO of a continuing care retirement community. A licensed nursing home administrator, he holds a B.S. in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, as well as an M.A. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
