Lisa brings boundless energy to her role as MJ Care, Inc.’s Vice President of Operations. She over sees the organization’s School-Based Services division, as well as its CareForce healthcare staffing division. She is also responsible for policies and procedures, HIPAA, Compliance and process improvement.

Lisa is a licensed physical therapist and holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy—as well as a B.A. in Spanish—from Marquette University. Her experience ranges extensively in both healthcare and leadership capacities. As a physical therapist, her background includes surgery and ICU, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics and primary care settings. As an executive-level leader, she excels in project management, process development and program direction.
