Kelly became the second-generation CEO of MJ Care, Inc. in September 2019, stepping into the position she grew up watching her mother create. Growing up alongside the organization, Kelly saw her mother’s resonant leadership, purpose and vision as a call to action, and seeks to continue her legacy while taking the company to new heights.  

In her own journey, Kelly has enjoyed a career in patient care as a Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist. She studied Physical Therapy at Boston University, where she earned a B.S. in Health Studies (2001). However, she fell in love with Prosthetics and Orthotics as a PT student after helping an Orthotist fit a Reciprocating Gait Orthosis (RGO) and watching a child run on his own for the very first time. This spurred her to earn a second BS in Prosthetics & Orthotics from the University of Washington (2005).

Kelly believes continuous education, growth and improvement are the keys to service success.
